Paralegal Mistake on Requests for Admission

During the hearing, a paralegal employed by the firm representing Charles Duff explained that she had mistakenly calculated the date Spearman's requests for admissions were due. As a result, Duff's responses were filed one day late. Duff v. Spearman 322 S.W.3d 869, 881 (Tex.App.-Beaumont,2010)
