THREE IMPORTANT TASKS I PERFORM IN A TYPICAL WEEK
1.) Investigate damage incidents to underground hydrocarbon pipelines by third-party excavators for violations of the Commission's rules regarding pipeline safety.
2.) Assign Damage Prevention case dockets recommending penalties for violations of agency rules where warranted.
3.) Under direct supervision of an attorney, build legal enforcement dockets for past due Damage Prevention case dockets that remain unresolved.
